I built Thybrid because nothing I tried worked.

Not the gyms. Not the camps. Not the fitness retreats packaged for executives. Not the wellness weeks. I would go, I would feel something for a few days, I would come home, and inside two weeks the standard would erode back to whatever the environment around me allowed.

I'm not unusual. Almost every operator I know lives the same loop. They train in bursts, recover badly, sleep with the phone next to the bed, push hard for a year, then break. The cycle is so common we mistake it for normal.

The realisation took longer than it should have. It isn't a discipline problem. It's an environment problem. Hold someone inside the right environment for long enough and the behaviour holds without effort. Pull them out and it erodes regardless of how serious they are. So I stopped trying to solve it with willpower and started building the environment.

I chose Sam Roi Yot because the rhythm needs the right environment to hold. Mountains behind. Sea in front. Quiet roads. Two hours from Bangkok. Close enough to be reachable, far enough to be unbroken. You can't run this in a city. You can't run it next to a beach bar circuit. The location does work the schedule cannot.

The schedule is mine. The training is mine. The coworking floor is where I run my own work. I'm not an absentee founder. The standard you walk into is the one I hold myself to.
